Golly, how that view has changed in 15 years! By my count 5 of the 12 big things I can see in that picture have been redeveloped and 6 further ones added plus a few more just out of shot.
Fifteen years that have been a very good time to be an architecture fan and a digital photoer. And yes, the NatWest Tower/Tower 42, with the sunset on it in this photo, is now only a bit part player.
